Three room designs with products from my Expert Showroom!
The Expert has not only built a platform that connects renowned designers with clients for one-on-one consultations across the globe, it also has recently began selling designers’ favorite and go-to trade products to the public. They’ve invited a select number of The Expert approved designers to personally curate collections based on their personal design aesthetic and taste.
As an Expert myself, I was recently asked to join in and curate my own Showroom. I took this as an opportunity to help clients shop products that could all live beautifully across a single home. And on the heals of that debut, I wanted to share three rooms that I’ve imagined, sourced entirely from the products I’ve curated for my Expert Showroom! Given that, you’re welcome! Why so? Because these rooms could potentially be hours worth of design services that have been gifted to you.
If you finds yourself a fan of these spaces and would like to add more to your home, let’s chat on the Expert! You can book a consultation with me and together we can pull together a room (or even a few) with the collection of items I’ve curated from my Showroom! You can also just shop the entire collection on your own by visiting my Showroom on the Expert.
Without further ado, here are the three rooms!
A Warm and Inviting Living Room
Sofa / Throw Pillow / Chandelier / Lounge Chair / Ottoman / Side Table / Area Rug / Wall Sconces / Vase / Curtain Fabric / Throw Blanket / Coffee Table
For this living room, I wanted to create a very warm and inviting space with some of my most favorite go-to fabrics and patterns. I’ve paired the classic english roll-arm lounge chairs upholstered in the Tree of Life with beautiful arts and crafts inspired rug designed by Ward & Gray. The bulbous shapes of the walls sconces pair beautifully with the globe cloud chandelier. This shape is also repeated in the bobbin side table and the splatter vase. All these organic, curved shapes and patterns are balanced out with a few straight-lined furniture pieces and patterns. I WANT this living room in my home!
A Cozy Bedroom
Wallpaper / Table Lamp / Nightstand / Forest Landscape Painting / Bed frame / Wall Sconces / Area Rug / Curtain Fabric / Throw Pillow / Camelback Sofa / Throw Pillow Fabric / Bobbin Mirror
This bedroom is a little bit cabin and a little bit cottage with the layers of checked, plaid and floral patterns. I love the green and blue tones mixed with the lighter, warmer woods of the bachelor chest style nightstands and the frame around the painting. Adding this gorgeous camelback sofa to a sitting area is my bedroom dream.
A Thoughtfully Layered Dining Room
Dining Chairs / Dining Table / Chandelier / Wallpaper / Curtain Fabric / Area Rug / Painting / Wall Sconces / Candlestick Holders / Chair Seat Cushion Fabric / Vase / Antique Cabinet
I’ve always been such a fan on matching pattern on pattern rooms and a dining room is the perfect opportunity to incorporate that concept! While the textile and wallpaper may be traditional at heart, the chairs and the lighting have a modern flare that brings this space into the 21st century. Pair it all with a scalloped rug and I’m swooning!
